I'd just like to add to this post by thanking Mark, he is a lovely guy who made me feel at ease right away. It's not easy making these decisions especially when the rest of your life is in freefall, but he made it a lot easier and put my mind at rest at our first meeting. Glad to have found this forum and Mark as there appears to be a lot of rogue firms out there that rip people off when at their most vulnerable. Thanks again Mark! [:)]

I think we are all striving on the forum to provide uncomplicated advice and a clear and precise way forward that takes away all areas of doubt. So well done Shona.

The whole process should be straightforward and it appears complicated by non experienced middlemen companies, call centres ( aaarrgghhhh!!) and unfortunately on some occasions staff within the IP firms.
