Welcome to the forum gor.fow.

Possibly, but you'll likely need the consent of your trustee to do so.

What's the reason for wanting to sell?

Is there any equity in the property?

Probably only if the seller's trustee consents I'm afraid.

They might have done so already though.

A subject for your lawyer to investigate for you.

As long as it is a fair offer then I can't see any reason why the trustee wouldn't agree to the sale, gor.fow

Hi gor.fow

This is actually more common than you think. The main issue is that the Trustee would need to sign the disposition on behalf of the person in the Trust Deed and to do this, as mentioned above, would need to be satisfied that the price is a fair market value for the property.
