Ohhh i hope not. I'm with RSM Tenon and its stressful enough just being in a trust deed never mind if things change on a major scale like that.

Just read online that the deal went through and was due to complete by Oct 5th.
I sure would of hoped that those of us in Trust Deeds with RSM would of been told if it would of affected us.

All of the publicity about this disposal of the RSM Tenon IVA business was very specific in confirming that this is a standalone IVA business based in Manchester and that no other part of the business was being sold.

For example, they have a debt management plan business based in the same office in Manchester. That business has not been sold.

Hope that provides some temporary reassurance before Kevin visits the forum today. I bet he's been waiting for the question!

LOl I just did the easy thing .. AFTER i posted.. DUH... I called my contact at RSM Tenon.. Was assured that that is totally differant and doesn't affect Scottish Trust Deeds at all..

Hi all. It is indeed only the IVA part of the business that is being sold - the Scottish trust deed and sequestration work is entirely separate.

Please be reassured that this sale will therefore not affect you at all.
