I had to have the paperwork for the first annual review of my TD in for mid November. It stated on the letter that the 'main' focus of the review would be any change to my income as my allowances were agreed at the start of the TD. Some family circumstances had changed in the past year but I sent a letter with the paperwork to explain how this hadn't affected my outgoings for better or worse, and my payslips showed that there were no changes to my income.

The review letter informed that I was to continue paying the agreed amount until I heard from them again but, 2 months on, not a peep.

Is this normal or do people generally get feedback after their reviews?

Glad that's over with....

Its isnt unusual to not hear anything back but a quick call to your case manager should put your mind at ease, its what they are there for.

I think plasticdaft is right upstream.

No news is almost certainly good news, but there's no harm in making a quick phone call to confirm that this is the case.

Thanks for the replies. I'll see if I can give them a call but speaking to the same person twice seems to be something they actively discourage with KPMG!

Glad that's over with....

Upstream....

Am almost 2 years into my trust deed, completed 2 reviews and I have never heard a peep from my trustee. Which is a great thing, as when I signed my trust deed he informed me that the would only need to talk to me if there was a problem and vice versa if I ever had a problem.

And two years on I've never had a problem nor do I expect one in the future as I have faith in my trustee and in all honesty my PTD was a very straight forward one i.e. no equity, Car or assists....

So I'd just relax am sure if there was a problem they would have let you know by now.......

Thanks, Porcupine. I'm kinda in the same boat re: assets so hopefully I'm an open and shut case!

Glad that's over with....
