Just a quick question I was wondering how often you get a review and what documentation you will be asked to provide? I just want to make sure I have everything available when it pops up. Thanks in advance

Hello Baller1,

I have been told that I am having a yearly review and to have all my pay slips and bank statements for each month available.

Mine are annual. 3 pay slips and a bank statement. I had an additional review where I had to do a new income/expenditure sheet as I had a slight payrise. Some firms do them every 6 months and requirements for paperwork can differ between them too.

Glad that's over with....

My trust deed has finished now, however, during the term I had annual reviews for which I had to produce copies of 3 of the most recent monthly payslips and complete an income and expenditure statement.

I don't remember being told about reviews but I got one just about the 1 year mark, I had to provide a bank statement, 3 payslips and proof of tax credits
I didn't used to keep my financial paperwork in order but I do now so I have it all there if I need it

final payment 1st May 2015

The legal minimum is an annual review, though some firms prefer to perform six-monthly reviews instead.

There would not normally be any need for a review at the end of the trust deed, juventus74.
