1 x Marked as Settled with Trust Deed Expiry Date
2 x Marked as Settled with my Release Date and Gone Away
I thought they should all be on the same date and certainly not Gone Away

I cannot see why your entry should be changed to "gone away" if that wasn't the case (and especially if no money is owed also).

I'd suggest asking HSBC to amend this promptly and then making a formal complaint to them if they don't do so. Hopefully this will turn out to be a mistake that they can quickly correct.

I would have thought that the settled date should be the date of your discharge (for each of your accounts). You could tackle this at the same time as the other issues.

You don't have to write NearlyFinished.

Notification by telephone needs to be treated in the same way by a bank, not least should it later become a complaint. Just keep a note of the time you called, the number you called, and who you spoke to.

This may help to move things along a bit quicker for you.

Spoke to an Agent who was very helpful, he took my new address and advised he had removed Gone Away flag while putting a memo to the department that deals with it to look into why it had been flagged as well as request to rectify the satisfied Date. He said they should be in touch or resolve within 7 days so lets see.

That was a quick result - well done !! It is great when companies respond as well as this.

Just out of curiosity, I have a catalogue that I never put into the trustdeed as I never owed anything I was actually £15 in credit..can I order anything from it whilst in trustdeed? I doubt I can but just curious..thanks 🙂

Be careful though as no allowances will be made to help you repay new debts during your trust deed.
