Hi
I sent an email months ago to my account manager at Tenon and got a reply from someone at Apex. As this person is the only contact I've been given I sent an email on Monday, to date I've had no out of office reply and no response to my email, even if only to say my query would be looked at and they would get back to me.

I always had very quick responses with Tenon, what is a reasonable time for a reply?

It's hard to know saabrina.

I suppose it's possible this person is away or even possibly no longer works there.

Best to call in when they reopen I'd have thought to make sure your enquiry is on their radar.

I always got a response from tenon within 2 working hours. Also if someone was away I was redirected to another member of the team.

Thanks Paul, I always had same day responses from Tenon too. Just think it's odd there is no out of office, I'll phone on Tuesday and can hopefully speak to someone
