I have just received a letter from RBS, stating that due to being in a trust deed (2010) they will be off setting any PPI that I may be due.When are this a Bank going to admit being part of the biggest scandal known in our lifetime?

Hi Garydonna.
Are you referring to the PPI mis-selling scandal in this post?
I can't see how they're not admitting to being a part of it if they have acknowledged that you have a valid claim.
