Hi Bigyin
I know our firm would normally give a creditor a final letter indicating that they have 14 days to submit their claim or they will not be entitled to receive a dividend. Normally however this would be done before the end of the three year period.

hi mark
ask them to day they said they had kept in regular contact with my creditors and had notified when my TD was coming to an end I asked three times why they had waited two and a half months after my TD finished to give them a final chance and was told they were following guidlines to the letter and that my TD had been handed over to the closure team and would hear from them soon
Hi Bigyin
makes no sense to me and certainly not followed the guidance to the letter.
I think you may have shocked them into action, but you should ask for updates regularly. Ask if they have all claims, if they've prepared the scheme of division and paid any dividends and especially the final dividend
