Hi,

My completion process started 8 weeks ago and my form 5 should be in later this month fingers crossed. My wife is about purchasing a property and wants to include my name in the deed. Could my Trustee stake a claim in it considering I am not officially discharged? Thanks

The short answer is yes, sigario. If possible I'd wait until you are discharged - maybe chase up your trustee and ask why it is taking so long.

Thanks for quick response Kevin....been chasing them since last 2 week sand got the same response below

Your file is currently going through adjudication with your creditors, once this has been completed I can issue your form 5.

Hi sigario

Probably good advice to keep your name off any title deeds, unless you receive written confirmation from the trustee that they have no interest in it.

No problem. Belts and braces until Form 5 arrives.
