Hi all, I've already sent of a wee email to my trustees to ask about this, but I thought someone here might know and then I can get this paperwork sent off.
Barclaycard have sent me a huge form to fill out for a PPI complaint. One section asks if someone is claiming on my behalf. Is that my trustee, or is it still technically speaking me but with any resultant payout going to my trustee?

Is your trustee using a claims company?

I'm not sure, mathlete, but that might well refer to the claims company
