Meant to add that as Slater Hayward Law havent even spoken to my wife or I how would they know that any ppi that shows up wasnt asked for and wanted??? Therefore meaning they would try to reclaim this fraudulantly.

Good luck to them,total waste of money and I hope it doesnt reduce what I have contributed and expected to go to creditors,just so they get a fee!!!

Sounds like a misunderstanding, Paul - the claims company have obviously gotten ahead of themselves for some reason.

Leave it with me and I'll get it checked into and sorted out.

Nicola Boyd has replied to my email to say that the claim firm should have had an initial chat with me and that as they didnt she would pass my concerns up the line.

Faith in RSM Tenon restored after an email from Thomas Fox(senior manager),pointing out that this is the 1st time such a complaint has been raised and appears to be down to Slater Hayward Law not getting in touch as they should have done,at which point they would not have wasted their time pursuing any non existent ppi reclaims!!

Good service today once more from a company I am happy to recommend to anyone. I could have been fobbed off over this but instead my complaint has been dealt with in the professional manner which I have grown to expect.
