Hi lorrainek.

PPI claims might be considered a possible asset whether it is a secured or unsecured debt.

Do you think you were missold?

Hi,

I know we signed willing for the loans we have had in the past, but I am confused about the forms regarding our mortgage and secured loan, 1 of which we did have with our mortgage. We have since moved mortgage providers

Hi,

I am not sure, it was quite some time ago, plus I probably haven't got the paperwork.
It is 3 years this month since we signed for our trust deed we haven't heard anything yet about our discharge, although we did delay a couple of payments due extra cost and bills at the time, i feel more frightened now than i did 3 years ago, i really need some help, i think if i don't calm down i will have a break down.

Hi lorrainek

I think there is earler posts on the PPI thing.

In my opinion, if you state that you were not mis sold PPI or any PPI added was taken with your full knowledge and consent, then I fail to see how they could pursue this.

Having said that, if you are not even sure whether you had PPI and then it turns out you did then logically there is a good chance it was mis-sold to you as it obviously can't have been made clear to you at the time.
