Hi all I am looking for advice please. I have been discharged from my trust deed and so has the trustee, problem is the the bank I used to bank with has sent me forms about being mis sold PPI. I dont know if i can fill these out or not or if i do what happens. The Trust deed was great for me the 3 years passed so quickly and its good to have the extra cash every month now.

Hi George

My advice is to fill them in. As both you & the trustee have been discharged, then you will be entitled to any payments, unless of course the bank try & offset any payment against a previous debt which appears to have happened in cases.

Better to try though and see what happens.
