in what circumstance would your trustee give your phone number to someone .today got a call from 01535639800 never answered but they left a message saying my trustee had passed them on and wished to discuss a matter detailed in a letter from my trustee which i have no record of ,on checking the phone number it belongs to debt advisory line is this a scam ,anyone else had these calls really do not think trustee should be passing this imformation on

Welcome to the Forum nopounds,
Your Trustee would not be giving your number out to people, I think this is a scam. Whatever they want, it doesn't look good and I would stay clear of them.

hey i thought it was a scam just to let people be aware of them the compamy concerned debt advisory line certainly seem to get a lot of complaints one to stay away from ,will not answer their calls thanks

Just to balance this thread, Debt Advisory Line are a pretty well known company that have picked up some industry awards in the past.
I have no knowledge of their telephone marketing methods though.

thanks plasticdaft already done that .thing that upsets me most is their underhand tactic saying my trustee has put them in contact
