i entered a trust deed 2yrs ago on entering it i was not in acompany pension however i started a company pension in april this year how will this affect my payments

Can you afford to carry on paying as normal into the td?

I very much doubt that your trustee will mind you contributing to a pension so long as it does not affect your ability to pay what they deem to be reasonable into your trust deed.
If you're saving from your allowances to pay into the pension then good for you!
