I am about to sign my trust deed paperwork and still have a few query's..I will ask these at the meeting but though I would ask here beforehand.
After I sign my trust deed is my new wifes income taken into account should she get a new job she is at home looking after our little one at the moment and I'm wondering should she get a new job during the trust deed period would her income be taken into account even though all the debts are mine?

It would indirectly, freelander1.

At the moment I'm guessing that you are meeting the majority of your household expenses from your own wage. If your wife was to start work then she would be expected to shoulder a fair share of the joint household expenses too - this might therefore increase what you can afford to pay from your income.

Obviously there may be extra childcare costs etc to allow for too and these would also be taken into account during the assessment as to whether your contribution to your trust deed should change

Yes her income will be taken not account. The household expenditure will be apportioned between you according to your income, this in turn will leave you with more disposable income- increasing your contribution.
