Hi there I paid off my trust deed in September 2012 and have still not been released yet,i sent an email asking what the hold up was and they said we are waiting for a claim/supporting documentation from one of your creditors.

What does this mean?

Hi andy82

It means the Trustee has not yet received all claims from creditors to pay a dividend, however if you signed after April 2008, then this has nothing to do with you being discharged as you can receive your Form 5 and the Trustee can continue to chase claims etc.

keep on at them andy82 - the creditor in question needs to be given an ultimatum - claim or miss out.
