So today.

Received a letter from the IPA saying my trustee has been in touch with them saying that he is dropping his appeal against the A in B determination and that he has held a final meeting of my creditors. Says that he now considers that circumstances have changed significantly and requests them to confirm with me if I intend to proceed with complaint or withdraw it.

Says if I do withdraw complaint they will still continue with investigation anyway.

I will not be withdrawing my complaint.

Still no payment back to me, still nothing showing my discharge on A in B register.

I suspect if you drop the complaint, then that will be the end of it.

Tonyd do what you think is best for you brother , but I fail to understand given the past letter from our Trustee how he can further delay your right full discharge , and monies paid back to you.
As for my self I will ask the AIB to audit his account from February this year onwards given the AIB audit until January .
But importantly he stated to you that during the AIB audit , he could not advance your discharge , so hopefully could not charge fees , due to being unable to do anything .

So if , the AIB have being trying to audit his accounts until early June in my case should he not be able to charge me fees under the same terms , outlined to you ? . I hope to bring to light my Trustees failings to protect others .

Hi all.

Well this probably won't surprise too many.

Dispute sending an email asking politely if the letter my trustee sent was my actual discharge and if so when would it appear on the A in B register and when would I receive the money due back I still have no answer from them. Not even an acknowledgment to the email. Is it any wonder I have complained about him. I will not be dropping the complaint.

Put this to the AIB , each time I get no reply I send a copy to the AIB , watch the world burn as its only made of paper .

Well guys.

My official discharge date was 4th June, its not showing on the A in B register yet but am sure it will soon.

And......

I have also now received a nice cheque from my trustee for what I was due back.

However I am not dropping my complaint against him.

I would like to thank all the experts on here for their views and opinions and in particular to Mark for his help. I also want to thank the TDA for her assistance and all the members for their support and thoughts.

I will continue to let you all know how the complaints procedure is progressing.

Well over two months since I was discharged according to my trustee. . . . but according to the a in b register I am not yet discharged. I know it has little actual consequence in my situation as all my defaults and the actual deed have fallen off my credit records thanks to it taking over eight years. It just proves to me though what a shambles of a company they have been!

Thank you my ever vigilant Trustee who upholds both the law of the land and Moral rights .

Due to your time wasting and milking of the system , not to mention your refusal to pay my creditors under my offer of composition of April last year !! and your obvious disrespect to your governing body , my ex wife is forcing out my child hood home of the last 47 years .

So you ignore the law of the land , you harass and threaten me for 8 years yet you walk away due to your Teflon coating .

You have a deadline to reply to a single point of my complaint against you come the 14th so one deadline to one point is 10 months is it no wonder such stalling tactics are instigated to your ultimate aim of hoping I will just go away and enter the shower without a soap on a rope .

I came into this world kicking and screaming and covered in some one else's blood . I have no problem going to my death the same way , be warned , you are a cancerous growth which affects many decent persons , the AIB stats are proof of that , karma will visit you soon . In hoc signo vinces .
