Hello, I had planned in popping in more, but just decided to keep my head down.

Well into the second year, things are looking good. Still a struggle, but that was the point. And if you take away the stress of the debt, it's not really a struggle just a case of being sensible.

Thanks to Mark and all his staff. They have made this incredibly easy.

Work was an issue, but resolved fairly and very much to the positive. The union really worked for their subs. At the end, it's probably been a good networking experience. Got to look at the positive side. I'm sure I'd never have gotten a, "'s'up?" in the lift from the head of whatever before this.

Outside of work, one friend knows and no family members. I probably could have done with more support on that front, but that was the route I chose.

Heading towards half way. If this year goes as fast as last year, it will be two thirds done and before you know it...

Im really glad it's working out as planned. I hope ( bet) the year has flown by.

I've always liked easy, no complications and go with what was agreed at the start. That way there's no complication. Glad all the other extras have resolved themselves, 99 times out of 100 they do.

Not that long to go and I promise it will fly in even quicker.

I think taking your time over choosing who to do your td with is the most important part of the process. Frying pan and fire is the worst case scenario if you get things wrong! !

Hello Bert Rudge.

It's always great to hear that things are working out as people hoped and expected.

By their very nature forums tend to reflect negatives rather than positives. Thank you for taking time out to share the positives about your experience so far.

It's great to hear that Mark's firm have earned this praise from you. Well done to them as well.

Hey plasticdaft, not sure about taking time. I went with Mark because he used to wear a cavalry jacket back in the day. Sometimes, you got to go with your gut.

Seriously though, taking time was an important part. If anyone is going down the route and has an employer who will take an interest it will definitely be a bonus.

I pretty much had to explain a decade of my life in the process. One thing that interested them was the part of the process where I picked the IP. They seemed pleased that I had found this place with a selection of reputable firms and they knew of the names of the companies involved. They seemed as interested in those not picked as well as the one I did.

I took it that they wanted to know I had really considered everything and not just went for a perceived easy fix.

That "where I picked" could be changed to where/how to give a bit more clarity.
