Happy New Year everyone. [:D]

Final payment came out on 3/1/13 and the relief I feel is unreal. I have a phone interview today to determine whether they'll pursue PPI or discharge me.

I know this (the PPI issue) could well mean I'm not discharged for months but I'm just looking forward to not seeing that ยฃ301 come off my account at the start of each month.

I'm excited to start saving money again and trying to get my life back on track. I hope 2013 is a good year for each and every one of you!

Trust Deed started January 2010.
Finished January 2013.

That's fantastic Slayervixen.

Congratulations to you on completing your responsibilities to your trust deed. I'm sure that's a great start to your year.

Hopefully your discharge will follow very soon.

Its great to see people at the end of the trust deed journey.

Remember whatever point you are at in your td or whether you are just weighing up your options, used correctly trust deeds, like das and sequestration are fantastic tools if used correctly to help get you back on track.

I think given the state of the economy the forum will be a busier place for years to come.

Thanks everyone its a weight off my shoulders, I know it could take a while to get discharged, I'm just happy that my money will be my own.

I'm even thinking of getting myself a little treat to mark the occasion. Something that reminds me of what I have achieved. It's been a long ride and it's not yet over but the light is coming through the end of that tunnel!
