Hi
I'm just looking for advice on something. I signed trust deed about a month ago, so I havent heard anything since then good or bad. The thing is, my mobile phone is not working very well anymore. I could buy a pay as you go obviously but obviously the deals are not as good as with a pay monthly. I have a pay monthly at the moment and I was thinking of taking out a new contract and cancelling the one I have just now as I have found better deals for new customers than upgrades. I am just scared in case I am not allowed to take out any kind of monthly payment or in case it affects my trust deed being accepted or anything. thanks
hi thanks for replying so quickly.
yeah its much the same cost, I was just worried in case it would be seen as taking out new credit or something since it would be classed as a new account and not an upgrade. I am just thinking now though that it will probably fail a credit check in any case so maybe will have to do an upgrade after all. i suppose i could give it a try and see, i take it that wouldnt affect my trust deed or anything if i tried for a phone account and it failed a credit check? Sorry i am just a bit paranoid that i do something that affects it being protected etc.
I cant see a problem, although I think I would see if you can get a new one, before cancelling the old contract.
