Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help I entered a trust deed in 2012 all went well and I was discharged in 2017. I have since lost my form 5 in moving home. The insolvency company I used dissolved in 2020. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a copy for a mortgage application?
