Hi MichelleG.

I can tell you're really worried about all of this.

In what respect are you looking for ideas?

I think that some of the very detailed issues here can only be resolved with dialogue between you and your trust deed provider. We'll try to help if we can though, but I'm just not quite sure which area(s) you're specifically referring to.

To be honest when I signed my trust deed the idea of having a fixed person on Glasgow to see face to face to discuss anything was the biggest reason I signed my trust deed and then what did I end up with? It passed to a faceless call centre in England where I can never get through to anyone who is dealing with my case, consistently being told someone will call me back and never actually getting to speak to my actual trustee wondering if the guy actually exists? Going to try see someone from citizens advice and see if I can have someone present when the trustee company calls me on 27th if they actually phone me as there is a first for everything apparently my trustee is out the country at the moment

Hi Michelle

You have posted a lot of information since the start of your post.
It is a bit confusing to me, so would you mind if I asked a few question to clarify the position.

1 You said your documents had paperwork dated 28th and 29th November. Who signed on 28th and who signed on 29th dates. Who signed that - the Glasgow firm or the English firm. Can you prove where you were to sign them? For example, did you sign them and post them to the firm and they signed them the next day for example?

2. As previously asked, on the AIB website, what date is listed for you? What IP is listed for you on the AIB Website.

3. What, if any, documentation, emails etc. do you have confirming you can pay the amount for early settlement? Who is that from? The Glasgow firm or the English firm?

4. Did you receive any confirmation from anyone about receiving the payment and the next steps - after you made the full payment.

5. Did anyone follow up asking for your monthly payments when they were not made after your bulk payment.

6. I am unsure if the new regulations started on 28th or on 29th November? What is the important date that could affect you? The date you signed? The date the IP signed? the Date the IP registered it?

7. Was the Glasgow firm the 'Sales' part of the process and it was immediately passed to the IP in England? Did you have any dealings with the Glasgow firm after you signed or was all future communication from the English firm?

8. Are you trying to build a picture of errors and inefficiencies so you could potentially apply to the AIB to have the Trust Deed considered fully paid? What else are you trying to do with your research? What are the objectives/Outcomes you hope to achieve at the end of it all. That helps in getting the information you require.

I read that you are operating from your iphone and that sometimes your medication may contribute to your concentration. I struggle to create meaningful messages with an iphone. It would perhaps be easier for people to understand what you are writing and meaning, if you read what you have written, add some punctuation, take a breath and re-read it to see if it makes sense to you before you press SEND.

Everyone on here is keen to support and help members. It is much easier when we understand how we can help.

Of course, you may just want to vent on here and I can understand your frustration, however, your posts ask questions that members and experts would like to help you with.

The new regulations came into force on the 28th November 2013 - so whether it was the 28th or 29th is a red herring, either date would come under the newer legislation.
