I have had a trust deed for nearly a year but to date I do not have any information from the company detailing any of their fees should this information be made available to me
So you signed up to something for 3 years without asking what it would cost you?
Fees should have been made clear to you from the start. What company are you with?

Hi Gallows88
You should have received a copy of the initial proposal sent to creditors. This contains the statement of affairs which details the creditors, contributions, dividend & fees etc. if you didn't receive this, then best speak with your trustee and ask for a copy to be sent to you.

Hi Gallows88,
All of the associated fees and outlays in respect of your Trust Deed are included in with your monthly payments in case you are worried that you will be sent a bill or an invoice to pay.
As Mark's pointed out, you should have received details of your Trust Deed at the outset. Throughout the Trust Deed you should also receive a copy of any fee letter which is sent to your creditors.
You can give your Trustee a call and ask for a copy of the paperwork if you've not received anything and they should be happy to send this information out to you.
How have you found the Trust Deed process so far Gallows88?
