Hi all
After many more phone calls , letters, irate conversations and threats of ICAS I can now report that my form 5 arrived this morning, happy days ! It has been a long road but we got there in the end. I could not have done it without the help, support and advice I have received from this forum so I thank you all for that. The experts who give up their own time to post on the site deserve medals and a mention in the queens honours list ! I for one send my sincere thanks and respect for all the good work you do. Thanks to your advice I have been discharged much sooner than KPMG intended.
I will sign off with a bit of advice of my own . If anyone finds themselves in the same predicament don't take no for an answer keep hounding them, it worked for me.
Regards
John

Congratulations - I've been following your posts as I'm in a TD with KPMG.

Great to hear that there's light at the end of the tunnel and to hear they do actually discharge people!
