I'm thinking on emailing my IP again to request an update on the progress that has been made on my trust deed closure. The last time I spoke to them was a fortnight ago. Does anyone think I should back off a bit or keep on asking & asking?

Nothing wrong with giving them a call for an update and to chase things along if need be.

Hi sparky1

Probably best to give them a call. Then another one. Then another one...

E-mail is good for a paper trail, pester them with regular calls, you've done your part fully. Is there a Q off PPI/house/assets? If not no reason why they should drag their feet to closure. Ours took two weeks exactly from last payment.
Good luck

No nothing it's the creditors not making their claims, two of them. They should only be asked the once to make the claim. It wasn't that when they were demanding money three years ago, rant over :0)
