Interest and charges still being applied

Hi everyone,

My trust deed is due to become protected tomorrow. Over the past 5 weeks all of creditors have closed my online accounts, except from RBS. They have closed my online account for my credit cards but my overdraft and loan are still showing (they normally all appear on the same page). Interest and charges are still being applied to these accounts - is this normal? Does this mean that they are in the process of applying an objection to my trust deed? Also, all of my creditors have stopped writing to me and calling me, except from RBS, which again is worrying me.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Thank you

Hi desperate times

Dont worry, RBS will submit a claim and this will be recalculated to the date of appointment. Legally they cannot charge interst after the date of appointment.

out of my creditors RBS were the only ones to give me any problem. as mark says dont worry about it. 3 years later i still get emails and texts from them reminding me to make my minimum monthly payment.
