A trust deed if used correctly is a fantastic tool to help get out of spiralling debt. Having used one myself, I am definitely in a hugely better situation now than I was.

Hi plastic daft. You are quite right of course and it is good to hear from people such as yourself who have been liberated from a dire situation with the help of a trust deed. Unfortunately on a forum such as this I think we often get a distorted view as the vast majority of people in trust deeds are in a much better place than they were prior to setting it up, so don't necessarily feel the need to post about it.
