Excellent news imcville!

People sharing success stories of life after a Trust Deed really help other people that are just starting out on the Trust Deed path. Often people believe that it sounds too good to be true but in the majority of cases a Trust Deed does what it say's on the tin!

Best wishes for the future and enjoy your new property.

Terrific news - and a great incentive for others in Trust Deeds to keep their eyes on the prize!

Thanks to all for the good wishes - it actually feels a little bit surreal to finally be at the end of this journey. Getting a mortgage post Trust Deed was always the ultimate goal for me.

TDA - We've got an entry date of 5th December so just over 3 months away. Plenty of time to organise ourselves for the big move...

Nice to have that much time to prepare imcville.

Moving house is always hard work but I can appreciate the excitement of this move will probably override that altogether.

Hi imcville

Great to see that its all worked out and good luck with the house move.

I just moved house the other week, so far so good apart from the usual factor issues, trying to charge you for things 5 months before you moved in!!
