It would seem that the transfer of title has gone through and the process of me inheriting my late Grandmother's house has been finalised.
I did not hear this from the Solicitor who is dealing with the estate but from my Relationship Manager who informed me that they had searched the Land Register.
I have always stated that my wish is to remain in the family home and extend my trust deed with increased contributions to repay debts in full plus interest plus fees.
Can anyone advise me then why my TD company is getting a valuaion carried out on the house?
Hi gresgow
I suspect it's nothing sinister (hopefully) The Trustee is required to do annual reporting to creditors and the value of any 'new' asset will require to be reported to them in that circular.
