hi [lease help completing tomorrow but has stalled today as discharged trust deed came up in search. discharged 2008, bought this house 2009
any aDVICE ?

Hi amcg67 and welcome.
Once your discharge has been confirmed I doubt that there will be any issue here unless the issue is connected to a new mortgage that you have applied for?

If the Trust Deed has been discharged and the property purchased after the discharge, then I cant see there being any issue.
Probably standard solicitor with a belts and braces approach to everything.

This shouldn't cause a problem, as Mark says its probably the solicitor being cautious.
