Welcome to the trust deed forum 2bedebtfree.

Starting a trust deed is a big decision so it's very sensible to gather lots of information before you commit.

Could you tell us a little about your situation so we can offer some thoughts to you?

How much do you owe?

Are you a homeowner or do you have any other significant assets?

How much is it being suggested that you pay each month?

Are there any particular concerns on your mind?

I am out the other side and after years of juggling debt can safely say we are in a much better situation because of the trust deed. My only regret is I didnt take action 3 years earlier when the debts were half as much as they ended up being!!

You mention you are sitting with the forms, 2bedebtfree. Were they sent out to you by post? If so, have you had the opportunity to meet with and ask questions of a representative of the firm that will be handling the trust deed for you?
