Well I contacted KPMG again today to advise I still dont have my refund to be advised that its not been issued it will be another 7 days......I asked about a bacs payment and was advised that its a 40 admin fee if i wanted that. I said why should I pay the admin fee. Also advised them that I worked for the councils incomes section and we dont get charged anywhere near that.

I have not received my discharge letter either........

Did they tell you that they were posting you a discharge letter?

I have been told that it hadnt been done and that now its going to be with me within 7 days.

I'm still at a loss as to why it took a year to register it as protected. If a creditor objected, it can normally be resolved in a week or so.
