Hi everyone

Just about into my last year with my trust deed which I can’t wait till the end when I started this I thought what have I done couldn’t apply for mortgage or finance but now I see the end in site has been the best decision I have made.

Looking to see if anyone else on this forum has been with this company and was it an easy process at end when being discharged and received form 5

Welcome to the forum The end is near.

Very glad to hear that you're happy with the choice that you made to start a trust deed.

Hopefully someone will have some feedback about their discharge with this firm.

Most firms seems to handle this pretty efficiently.

Hi The end is near and welcome to the forum.

Great to hear that you are into the final year of your Trust Deed and happy with your original choice of proceeding with it.

For many clients they are initially worried about their credit rating or ability to secure a mortgage. It’s about trying to look at the bigger picture and almost one step back for two steps forward. You could struggle for years and years trying to make minimum payments and protect a credit rating instead of taking that short term hit on your credit rating.

There are lots of success stories of people going on to secure mortgages and other finance after the Trust Deed has been successfully completed.

The majority of firms seem to be good at the discharge process. Maybe give them a quick call just to ask about this.
