Hi there.

I was discharged from my PTD in December 2011 (although it finished in July 2011) and I have just received my Form 7 in the post today.

I'm not sure what it exactly means? It has columns for "Statement of Affairs Claims", "Claims Submitted", "Ordinary Claims", "Rejected Claims" and "Agreed Nil Claims". Could you please clarify what they mean for me? I'm not sure what the "Rejected Claims" are.

Thanks for your help.[:)]

Hi Murphy407

I don't know what you've received, but it doesn't sound like form 7. I suspect you've received a copy of the circular enclosing form 6.

Form 7 is a standard document which goes to the AIB only & does not include the narrative you describe.

Rejected Claims are those where a creditor has claimed that you owe them a debt but for some reason the trustee has not accepted their claim (possibly they have not been able to provide proof of the debt for example)
