It came in the post today![:D][:D][:D]

According to the letter, creditors have 14 days to object and then the trustee will inform the AIB. It's almost completely and totally over!

And I got a letter from Santander saying that they're marking my debt as satisfied.[:)]

I've said it before. Even though getting my trustees discharge has been a long and labourious process, doing a trust deed was the best decision ever for me.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

I finished paying last year, got my form 5 in February last year and have been waiting ever since for the trustee to discharge themself.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

Congratulations Gillian amazing feeling isn't it. A fresh start no debt and spare cash. I kept checking the AIB www it was great to read 'discharged'

No you can create a log-in on their site and look at it any time. I can talk you through it if you like, actually I posted sometime about how to, earlier will have a look and post a link.

I was discharged last year so that was the major milestone. Getting the form 6 just ties up the final loose end.

Even better news... Santander being reasonable (though of course they should have done this when you were discharged!)
