My wife has just recieved her Form 5 throught the post today, which I thought was VERY quick. now as we had both signed a trust deed at the same time why has her one came so quickly but there is no sign of mine. should I get in contack with my trust deed people???

I don't think it's anything to worry about and as TDA says, it's probably not far behind.

Thanks, I'll wait a week before I give them a phone, I must admit working with C/D has been a very painless pleasant experience, and have put me a ease with everything when dealing with them.

That's good to hear Luckysnoop.

I am certain that this is also the case for the vast majority of people in Protected Trust Deeds, though we don't necessarily get to hear the positive stuff as often as we should on a forum like this. I suppose it is only to be expected that we will hear more from those few who have had bad experiences.

if i move in with my partner does my trustee need of proof of my partners income

Welcome to the forum Robert.

If your partner has an income it would be considered reasonable that they contribute towards the household bills.

This may have the effect of increasing the trust deed contribution that you can afford.

I doubt your trustee could force your partner to provide documentation though if your partner objected.

thanks lived with my mother when i signed the trust deed and we shared the bills so hopefully it will not be too much a diffarence
