Well cancel the celebration because Form 5 doesn't look like it will be delivered until after the 11th of October as this is the date that the creditors have to object to my IP becoming discharged and after this time they will no longer be able to take any action.
I will not write how I'm feeling right now because I might be banned from this website.
I was told I was discharge Tuesday past but that is nothing over the phone. Well, I'll just have to grit my teeth and get on with it.

Your trustee's discharge would come after yours though, sparky1. That sounds like Form 6 that you are referring to and there are no prizes for guessing that that comes after Form 5.

I'll try and look on the positive side of things. At least I know in two weeks it will be over, considering some folk on here have waited months/years on getting discharged.
