hi, i spoke on the phone to a lady who has subsequently sent me out forms to fill in for a trust deed, i have not signed anything yet or agreed to any terms. They are asking for my first payment on the 1st March but after reading this forum i do not want to go ahead with this id rather speak to one of you guys about.
Do i phone this company back and let them know or am i now bound with this company?
They have sent me a trust deed pack containing leaflets and documents to sign along with cheques to be made payable to them.
Any info would be great cheers.

Don't worry, you are not committed to anything unless you have signed documentation. It's certainly never a bad idea to seek a second opinion on the options open to you, and of course any of the experts on this site would be happy to help you with this.

good news then, how would u advise that i proceed, should i phone the company and explain to them i dont want to go along with them or just leave it be and talk to yourself.

Kevin is correct, always seek different views. I think it's always best to do a face to face and ask questions and then get everything in writing. That way you can be sure exactly how things will progress with no surprises!
