Hi I've been on my trust deed for 6 months now and haven't had any problems so far.
I got the letter in a few weeks ago asking me to send in a years payslips and bank statements, which I did. But I've not heard anything back yet.
Is this normal? I'm starting to worry something is wrong.

I'm sure there is nothing to worry about, angela274. My bet is that your trustee/case manager just has a bit of a backlog. You should give them a call if you are worried though.

Hi angela274 and welcome to the forum.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Normally if there is a problem or your relationship manager has a question about the current status report they will be in contact with you.

As Kevin suggested if you're worried give them a call and I'm sure they will be happy to reassure you.

Hi Angela274. I had three reviews during my three year trust deed. Each review I had to send in 6 months of wage slips. My I.P never replied once I sent all the paper work in - so no news is good news! If it bothers you; drop them an email/call to confirm all is well.

Same here, sent off what was asked, 3 reviews over the TD never heard a cheep back. I called them each time and asked if all OK, said yes we would have contacted you if it wasn't grrr.

Why of why is a mail too much to ask from some IP's. Don't get me wrong mine's was really good, at this point during a TD it is a little stressful and one would hope to receive some feedback from it.

As I've mentioned on here before, I'm really fortunate in having such a good firm working on my behalf re my TD. I'm sure most on here are in the same position but equally there really are some horror stories posted !
As for the six monthly reviews, I have never been asked for bank statements and only ever been asked for my last two wage slips which are returned to me, normally within a week, along with a cheery letter confirming "no change" to my payments.
Hopefully I only have one review to go as my TD finishes in February!

Twizzle if your IP was to send you a letter that's less money going to your creditors in charges, just can win with a trust deed :o)
