Hi cal,

Well done on successfully competing your Trust Deed and receiving your discharge.

As much as it was the hardest 3 years and you are over the moon it's finished, is it something that you would recommend to someone struggling with debts?

Often on the forum we hear that people have experienced problems with a Trust Deed so it's good to hear the positive feedback from people.

Yes David,I would recommend TD. However, would emphasise the importance of getting everything in writing prior to signing, particularly re equity, and to keep copies of everything. For us we did exactly that and I felt more secure in the process.also to ask question after question regardless of how insignificant it might feel.

A massive congratulations to you cal. I'm really pleased to hear that you're through to the "other side".

Any celebratory plans?
