Have checked the ROI today and it has a shiny debtors discharge date of yesterday! Does that mean I can celebrate now or am I still best to wait for the magic Form 5?

Oh I hope so... I cannot get these enormous smile off my face (it's actually starting to hurt a little) and have been doing the happy dance for quite some time now.

Handily - I have just discovered the Form 5 in my mail 😉

Before I proceed to the alcohol-involving portion of my celebration I just want to take a wee moment to thank you all here on the Forum. I haven't commented very often myself but have read most of the submissions over the years of my deed. There is an awe-inspiring amount of experience and support on this forum and I have been put at ease many times by your stories and the replies to them. TDA your quick responses help a lot of people through their difficulties and you should be recognised for this.

I am super glad that I found this forum before entering into my trust deed because this allowed me to do my research before hand and choose an IP that made me feel comfortable and made sense.

Mark - thank you for your hand-holding right at the beginning and your support throughout. You and your team have made this experience so much less stressful and scary than I was anticipating and have explained everything throughout.

Now that it's over, I can honestly say this has been the best choice for me - I have learned so much about finances and budgeting and feel so much more confident in my financial future. Good luck to everyone who still has time to go and those of you just starting. You will be amazed at how quickly it all goes.
