It seems to depend on the firm involved nells99.

The trust deed providers here tend to report that it only takes them a few weeks. We do hear about longer periods with some other firms.

I haven't asked for the ETA, I will do that now as they also said they would be sending out forms for me so they can check PPI, I haven't received them either.

It still amazes me why firs are waiting till the last payment is made before looking at PPI.

Normally the Form 5 should be issued within a week or 2 after the last payment.

I couldn't agree with you more, I have just made the call to ask the questions on both forms. now waiting on a call back as another colleague is dealing with it,

looks like I will be posting on here quite a bit and looking for advice as I want this to come to and end in a timely manner.

11 weeks for form 5 !!!!! hope this isn't the case with me

I only had to wait about 2 weeks to get my form 5, although i did call my trustee a few days after I made my last payment to make sure things were moving along with it. A call will probably be well placed.

hopefully you get sorted soon and back on the road to recovery.

i called them earlier today now waiting on a call back, i want back on the road to recovery quickly as i regretted going into the TD from day 1, therefore getting this form 5 asap will lift another dark cloud away from me!

im very disappointed in the IP that deals with my TD as they have been on the ball with everything else the last 38 month.
