Hi looking for some advice again ๐Ÿ™‚

Still waiting for final review and being told a few different sanarieos.

If I have an arrears and my td is extended do they still review your income.

And if I the monthly payments were to go up would you just be paying back the arrers
so the term would reduce.

Thanks again

At the end of the period, if there were arrears, the trust deed would be extended to pick up the missed payments. If you were at the end & there was a difference in income, the trustee may well look to increase the contribution, although I think that would be a bit unfair.

Hi Mark

Thanks for replying.
I have had a letter through saying my TD has been extended by 24 months but after speaking with the company this is not the final review this is still to come.

The girl said the maximum it can be extended is by 24 months and after the final review they will no longer look at my income but after speaking to someone else in the company this might not be the case.

So if it is for 24 months this is just to cover the arrears and if I get any pay increases and the payment was to go up it would just be coming off the arrears.

My case worker is off till Tuesday so don't want to worry till then.

Thanks

Unfortunately it's impossible to comment without knowing the extent of any arrears.
