I made my final payment to my trust deed on the 23rd of July of this year(2013)I missed no payments and had 2 yearly reviews asking for my income and expenditure, wage slips etc to which I duly complied. The question is, As I have met all my 36 monthly payments, will my Trustee ask for any further Income & Expenditure checks? or will I just receive a review stating what I have paid, and the fees to creditors??

Well done weegeordie.

It doesn't sound like you'll be asked for anything else.

Why not call them to check and also to ask about timescales until your discharge at the same time?

Hi I only had two yearly reviews in my trust deed and nothing was requested on my last payment . Each insolvency practitioner works in different ways, so well done and enjoy the extra cash each month.

Hi weegeordie,

Well done on the completion of your Trust Deed.

I don't think another review form will be required. Once you have completed your obligations you should be discharged from your Trust Deed. Give them a call to chase up your Form 5 which is your discharge certificate.

How did you find the whole Trust Deed process?

So am I correct in saying that my trustee CANNOT ask for anymore money from as I have made the required 36 monthly payments and not missed a payment??

Yes providing you have honoured the agreement and there is nothing else outstanding I.e. a property, car etc.

Give your Trustee a call tomorrow to confirm things.

Spoke to trustee this morning, he said they don't require Any further income/expenditure checks etc, Ithe do a final review but it just indicate what I have paid to the trustee, the payment he has paid to my creditors. He did say the only other money they may get from me is from any PPI that may be outstanding and that they are trying to claim on my behalf.

RELIEF after 3 years !!!
