Hi,

I will make my final payment to my Trust Deed on 01.09.14 (only 2 years after it was due to end but hey ho) My TD was originally supposed to end in December 2012 but for the last 2 years I have been paying off arrears.

Yesterday I received a review pack asking for my income and expenditure...bank statements....wage slips....the usual stuff. Is this normal? I haven't had a review pack at all while I've been paying off the arrears and find it strange that one should be sent to me a couple of weeks before my TD is due to end. I have no problem providing this information, just don't want to go through the hassle of doing so unnecessarily.

Thanks

Hi dm29.

I think this is pretty common. It's part of the final checks your trustee is wanting to do before granting your discharge I'd assume.

It's quite normal I think. My advice would be to fill it in and send it back asap and hopefully your discharge will happen soon after your last payment.

Hi dm29,

Well done on getting to this point in your Trust Deed and sticking it out especially with the extension because of the arrears.

You could always give your relationship manager a quick call to ask if you are required to complete the review form and send it back with all of the associated documents. They might review your file and decide that as you are coming to the end it's not required.
