Thanks Gillian , I totally agree with you . Its rubbish that there has not been the strongest of communication with Wilson Andrews and I am appalled by this and feel that i'm being punished for this. I will speak with them on Monday - fingers crossed this is sorted out however I would still prefer for another company to take over my deed

There's sometimes someone from Wilson Andrews pops up and comments but I don't know if they will outwith office hours. Unlike TDA who is still and forever will be attached to the server for this forum.[:)]

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

Hi Blondina;

I'm sorry to read of the problems you've been having ÔÇô it does sound like we've not done a great job in communicating.

From reading your post it looks like you've already received some good advice ÔÇô certainly if your income hasn't actually gone up then your payments shouldn't either. If we have miscalculated then please don't worry - we can put this right for you quickly.

If you could please get in touch with me directly by emailing your reference number to (email address removed), I will arrange for a Relationship Manager to give you a call and we'll do all we can to resolve this issue.

Thank you

Ian Williams - a member of the team at Wilson Andrews

Hi Stephen,

I hope you're well?

It's good of you to offer to help Blondina. We do ask that email addresses and other similar contact information isn't added to the forum.

Hopefully your colleagues will be able to forward you the details if Blondina contacts them in the usual way? Also, if Blondina wanted to he/she can fill in the "Contact Trust Deed Assistant" form with those details and I'll get it forwarded to you directly in this instance.

You cannot request to be released. Wilson Andrews can terminate the trust deed without discharging you from your debts if you have not cooperated, which i guess would amount to the same thing, but that failed trust deed would still be a matter of public record

Hi Elagal69,

Wilson Andrews is one of the larger Trust Deed providers and we do tend to get a wide range of questions and comments on the forum. I'm sure that if you have a look around the forum you'll find a range of opinions and views.

We work with independent website Feefo.com to ask customers to review their experience with Wilson Andrews. We now have over 200 reviews from Trust Deed and DAS client ÔÇô you can see them all here:

I hope that this transparent approach to publishing feedback from our customers gives you confidence.

Thank you

Hi again Steven,

As with contact information, also external weblinks.

If anyone would like to visit you can use the search function on the domain that Steven has mentioned.

Does anyone from KPMG ever drop in to answer concerns? I've never seen any. Are they even aware that this forum exists??

Glad that's over with....

Hi upstream

I've never know any posts from them in the last 4 or so years.

Mark

Hi pinalta.

Any firm is welcome to contribute to the forum where they are mentioned in a thread.

Most choose not to, which perhaps isn't that surprising. It can be very difficult to address a specific point from an individual where you either:
1 - Don't know who they are and therefore cannot be fully aware of the circumstances involved.
2 - Do know who they are and quite rightly want to meet your data protection responsibilities when posting in a public forum.

We therefore probably shouldn't read anything into the fact that firms don't choose to write here when mentioned. It's quite understandable. They are free to contribute if they wish though.
