hi again,sorry for being a pest.i have been looking over my own and my wifes td,which i find so difficult to take in.anyway its regarding the equity,it has on it that both of us have to pay £1500 when the 4th year starts in december 2013,for heritable property,and to recompense the creditors.does this mean that our equity has been dealt with at the start of td.i hope so.any response would be most welcome.

It may do weebill, but you need to check with your trustee.
Ask them if your property will be valued again or whether the equity has been fixed based upon a valuation at the start.

Sounds like it weebill, but as trust deed assistant says there is no harm in asking for clarity

Given the figure is written down it does sound like its fixed but a little call should keep you right.
