Hi sharkey
I don't think an extension is in any way unreasonable.
As for revaluation, it all depends what was agreed at the start I'm afraid.

Hi sharkey.
You may be asked for more paperwork. That's up to your trust deed firm.
The fact that you have been gambling will not be an issue, though they might take an interest in the source of the funds for the gambling if there is any kind of question about it.
Hi
You may still be asked for paperwork, and they may ask about the gambling, but I can't see it being a big issue for them as you are so near the end of your Trust Deed. Try not to let it become an issue for you either- you dont want to end up here again! Bets always seem good when you are winning.
